Description

As has been the case with nearly everything to do with this townhome project, contractor did poor job of refilling excavation to connect water/sewer resulting sidewalk/street damage. Has made zero effort to restore property to original condition. Problem has been ongoing for over a year. I don't know how this passed PWE inspection.
