Description

Home has a homeless person leaving in main home and then another living in in law suite in the back. The one living in the back clearly has a mental illness. The two argue throughout the day and night. The home is an eyesore as it is boarded up. It has had the homeless people living there for over a year. The police have been called to location multiple times. The owner has been contacted on several occasions. They say call the police.
