Fox came across between 401 and 403 Sage Ave to 400 in front of their house and back between the houses and behind 401. @8:25pm

Sage Ave and South Cliff drive sidewalks are all crumbled and needs replaced.

this is a poor picture of this skinny fox that walked right in front of our living room windows over to 1405 south cliff drive and the man chased it back my way and it went and laid down on the weeds across the street from my house in the empty lot between 401 and 403 sage Ave, then it went in the clear area and laid down and watched me and 2 ladies. It stayed laying there for a short time before it got up and walked away towards the water tank's. my wife and I were walking the other evening down Philpina west when we saw one on some rocks in the front yard of the huge house on the hill jut down from Kit Carson Drive.

the curb in front of 108 West Mesa Ave is sticking way out from the test of the curbside and has caused several issues with us damaging wheels and tires, and have caused considerable damages to our vehicles. this needs to be fixed ASAP to stop this from happening again. The street is already narrow and people having no where to park are concerned about our cars getting side swiped because we're to far away from the curbside. Thanks Rick

These vehicles running the stop signs have no regards to the children and other pedestrians in the streets, and those of us who are near the stop signs trying to back out of the driveway.

City Plow Truck driving around the neighborhood spreading cinders, when the streets are dry. This is a total waste of taxpayers monies and should have been done early this morning when the streets were ice.

Street cleaner unit 818 drove through the stop sign at Kit Carson Drive and Sage Ave at approximately 3:10pm 7/29/2020

I wanted to add this to an existing issue that I already had open, but there's no way to add photos so I started a new one to add this.
This is a photo of an officer unit #651 who pulled up like other officers have been doing since I've reported this stop sign issue. This officer parked and soon took the laptop and put it in front of them and stayed there from 7/26 @ 3:17 pm - 3:30pm when this officer then took and laid it down on the passenger seat and then left. This has been the case as officers will pull up and watch their laptops and not the intersection that they are supposed to be watching for those who are flying through the stop signs. I had this some time ago when I watched from my window, a car drive through the stop sign and the officer didn't go after them. So I walked out and asked him why and he said he didn't see it, and this is all because he was on the computer. So are the officers here to help our neighborhood and make arrests on thosewhoarerunningthroughthestopsigns, or to watch their computers? Thanks Rick

We need speed bumps on South Cliff Drive and Sage Ave. This is due to the high volume of people running through the stop signs here on Kit Carson Drive and Sage Ave. They are driving at speeds that are dangerous to the children playing, walking across the street. People are trying to pull out of their driveways right where the stop signs are and here on the 90° turn on Sage Ave and South Cliff Drive and they're flying through the stop sign and around the turn when we're trying to pull out of our driveway, and also others flying around South Cliff Drive onto Sage Ave. When we pull out cars flying around the turns will almost hit us, and those who fly through the stop signs almost have hit the children playing or riding bikes, or people backing out from their driveway. This must be stopped. The traffic got heavier on Sage Ave and South Cliff Drive when the speed bumps were installed, so if speed bumps were installed on these 2 streets it would help slow vehicles down and possibly the traffic. 1402 Kit Carson Drive. The resident has an illegal unregistered off-road monster truck, that he races up and down Kit Carson Drive, Sage Ave a South Cliff Drive, Philipina Ave, and ither streets which is illegal and is indangandering the lives of the children and others because of the huge size of the vehicle and that he can't properly see what's around him especially when Driving erratically.

Whenever I call the police dispatch, the woman I speak to will keep me on the phone for a long time, even when I tell her all the information of who I am, where my residence is located and where the residence is located, but I hadn't had the exact address just the location of the person not the name of him at that time. The point is that she kept me on the phone without dispatching the officer to the address or approximate location until she decided to do so, and in doing so she waited until he drove around the neighborhood for awhile and finally had driven home and backed into his driveway. I said never mind, because it's to late to dispatch any officer now because he's home now. This keeps happening and I wonder if she, or anyone else is a friend of his? Vehicles not stopping at stop signs and flying through the stop signs at excessive speeds and flying over the speed bumps. Racing up and down our streets. Needing speed bumps on South Cliff Drive and Sage Ave. There are speed bumps on Kit Carson Drive but, there is a family who live there and are driving at excessive speeds that they fly through the stop sign and just miss a young girl who is riding her bike or just in the street playing and swerves to miss her then literally jumps over the speed bump, then pulls into her house. Our neighbor watched and it was his daughter who she missed hitting, and he talked to her about it, and said " she didn't have to obey our laws" "What" ?
What about our children, elderly, mothers, fathers, parents, grandparents, grandchildren who are in the streets playing or just walking across the street and they fly through the stop signs? They also fly through the stop signs and around the corners at excessive speeds and then up and down our streets. Here at this intersection of Kit Carson Drive, Sage Ave and South Cliff Drive, we have a percentage of drivers that run the stop signs is about 90% and I've watched them outside my house, or from the living room window. or 8th please stop this because it will continue through the 4th and past that. being set off now and it's 10:15 pm on July 2nd 2020 Thursday night and my wife and I are trying to sleep and this makes all the neighborhood dogs bark constantly too. They will continue to set off the fireworks throughout the 4th - 7th or 8th maybe stop there or not. The problem is neighbors will set off the ones that go high up in the air and make very loud noise and then the trash lands on our houses and we're afraid of fires. Also isn't there a band on fireworks that go up a certain height, especially when they open up like the ones the City does? please stop this noise. Thank you
