User 1318324, after a quick search of reported requests for the listed address, no issue has as ever been reported under, "High Weeds or Property not Maintained at a Private Residence or Commercial Facility," or any other category, by your user profile or any other user profile, including anonymous users. Could it have been reported under a different address?
