Trash can needs to be emptied. Again. I don't understand why I have to call every month or so to have this trash can emptied. Is there a public trash can emptying schedule? If so, could this trash can be added? I'm getting kind of frustrated that neighbours have to keep picking up the garbage around the can and blowing around the neighbourhood, and that I have to keep calling to get it emptied. Thank you.
