I can back this complaint up. I very often see loose dogs here, and one time I was running with my dog and two dogs from this block ran across the street to try to attack her. Please look into this!

We did talk with owner of dogs and she stated that her three dogs stay in their yard and bark when individuals walk by her fence and there is a lot of traffic on that street. The other two dogs she watches for her sister a few days out of the week. She stated the two Chihuahuas are vaccinated but no city licenses, gave her two weeks to get other dogs current on vaccinations, rabies and city licenses.
