Reopening issue until further information is received from contractor.

Spoke with citizen today, she stated she has not heard back from contractor after the their initial conversation regarding what could be done to help alleviate the problem. I emailed the contractor to follow up on 09/17/18. User is not receiving updates via email so I will contact her by phone to provide any updates and close out the issue once that has been done.

The area was fogged last week. I will continue to keep the reporter updated via telephone calls.
